India's top squash player Ritwik Bhattacharya continued his fine run in the satellite circuit winning his fourth PSA [Professional Squash Association] title in the Rochester Pro-Am championship at New York, USA.
The Indian defeated Englishman Sam Miller 11-8, 11-9, 9-11, 12-10 in the final on Sunday to claim his second title in a fortnight.
Ritwik had won his third PSA title at Barcelona while his earlier two titles came in August 2003 when he won two tournaments in consecutive weeks in New Zealand.
It also turned out to a brilliant tournament for Indian qualifier Sidharth Suchde as he accounted for a couple of top players before going down in the semifinals to Miller.
But it was the 24-year-old Ritwik who took the honours under freezing conditions -- the temperature at Rochester was minus 12 degrees -- to earn valuable ranking points.
Ritwik, who is also sponsored by Asahi Glass, would now go back to his training base in London and is planning to play in a higher level PSA tournament.
