"Vijay Kumar has been named as the flag bearer for Indian contigent at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games," Chef-de-Mission of the Indian contingent, Raj Singh said.
London Olympics bronze medallist Yogeshwar Dutt has been kept as a reserve.
