PHOTOS: Watch out for these England football team's WAGS in Samba land!

England's footballers at the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Brazil are likely to grab the headlines more for the presence of their wives and girlfriends rather than their on-field performances.

Team manager Roy Hodgson has said the WAGs will be welcome at the June 12-July 13 tournament, adding it is for the players to decide whether they bring them along or not.

Last time round, in South Africa, the players' wives and girlfriends were given only limited visiting rights.

Hodgson's predecessor Fabio Capello had banned players' partners for much of the 2010 World Cup,  allowing only short and infrequent visits to England's World Cup base in Rustenburg, South Africa.

However, they were a high-profile part of the England's 2006 campaign in Germany, which was overshadowed somewhat by the presence of the likes of Victoria Beckham and Coleen Rooney, among others.

In Brazil, the glamorous women will be known as Gatas Bellissimas.

Here are some England's players' WAGs expected to turn up with the team in Samba land.

Alex Gerrard

The scene will be dominated by Coleen, wife of Manchester United star Wayne Rooney, and Alex Gerrard.

England captain Steven Gerrard’s wife Alex, with her toned curves, is a stunning mother of three and a pillar of strength for the Liverpool legend.

Coleen Rooney

The 28-year-old Coleen, who gave birth to the couple's second son Klay Anthony last May, is a celebrated television personality and celebrity product endorser.

Wayne and 'queen Coleen' should be an inspiration to the new and young WAGs on the Brazil trip.

Jourdan Dunn

The Sunday People revealed that 'Hot Cats' squad will include Victoria's Secrets model, Jourdan Dunn, who is currently dating Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge.

Dunn is one of the biggest names in the fashion industry and the super model’s presence at England’s games should bring much cheer and inspiration to the squad.

Sam Cooke

Sam Cooke, girlfriend of Manchester United's Chris Smalling, will be by his side.

Many will recognize her from FHM [the men's magazine], but she shot to fame when she was snapped on holiday with an injured Smalling at the end of last season.

The 28-year-old Page Three girl is also a house and dance DJ, and has even tried her hand at mastering photoshoots from the other side of the lens.

Kimberly Crew

Joe Hart is England's first-choice goalkeeper, but his first choice is his beautician girlfriend Kimberly Crew.

Kaya Hall

Needless to say that Phil Jones's very hot girlfriend Kaya Hall is a model.  

When the 22-year-old isn't posing for the camera, Hall is working towards a degree in business and management.

Christine Bleakley

Chelsea's Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley have been engaged for two-and-a-half years now. 

So expect Christine to be seen cheering Chelsea's midfield genius during the matches.
