It was a meeting of two of India 's popular sporting figures.
Indian footballer Gouramangi Singh met cricketing icon Sachin Tendulkar in Ahmedabad on Sunday. They duo greeted each other and clicked pictures after Tendulkar took time off Mumbai Indians' training session in the Gujarat capital.
Gouramangi, who had captained the Indian football team in the recently concluded SAFF Cup semi-final in the absence of regular skipper Sunil Chhetri, was in the city as part of a football promotional event.
