David Beckham wins fathers' race at son's school

Legendary footballer David Beckham participated in the fathers' sprint 100 metres run at son Cruz's London school's 'sports day'. And, needless to say, he left other parents in the dust by winning the race.

The former LA Galaxy star got a gold medal for the effortless feat, showing he's still in shape, the New York Daily News reported.

Meanwhile, his wife Victoria Beckham, who also threw off her heels to participate in the fun, lost to fashion designer pal Stella McCartney in the moms' race.

David Beckham won a lot of trophies in his career, but here’s one honour that will match none.

On the occasion of Father’s Day, the former football captain was named the greatest dad of England.
