Kenyan Wilson Kipsang smashed the marathon world record by 15 seconds as he stormed to the Berlin title on Sunday.
The 31-year-old Kipsang clocked a time of two hours three minutes and 22 seconds to better the previous mark set by compatriot Patrick Makau in the same race two years ago.
