How Serena is trying to bring 'pop culture' to tennis courts

Known for her attention seeking clothes, Serena Williams is trying to bring pop culture to the tennis courts. 

The 34-year-old tennis player revealed that she will bring her culture with the self-designed bright yellow crop top outfit that she will sport at the Australian Open. 

Talking about the new culture, the player said that the whole idea came from the fact that she is never seen without crop tops, she lives and sleeps in crop tops, adding that she wants to make tennis court fun by bringing pop culture. 

The 34-year-old - who has won the tournament six times added, "A lot of things you see on stage and, you know, just in that pop culture world, I wanted to bring that youth and fun to

it."

Last year, Williams sported a stunning green and pink number with a distinctive cut-out back garb at Melbourne Park. 

Over the years, she has had fun with leopard prints and neon hues, which have all earned mixed reviews from fans. Serena has her own clothing line, Aneres, and a successful collection of handbags and jewelry. 

She also has a custom-designed Nike apparel line.
