Spanish football giants Real Madrid are reportedly planning to sell Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, leaving gates open for Manchester United to seal the deal for the former striker.
Earlier, Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes had denied any such move, saying that he wouldn't leave the Spanish club.
However, according to a Spanish publication, Real president Florentino Perez was keen to cash in on the two-time Ballon d'Or winner as he believes the striker has entered his final stages of his career, the DailyStar reported.
United has reportedly expressed its interest in re-signing the striker, who scored 118 goals in 292 appearances for the Red Devils.
