World Figure Skating Championships

Michelle Kwan of the United States won the gold medal in the ladies Short Program at World Figure Skating Championships on Friday, at the MCI Center in Washington, D.C.

The four-time world champion skated to 'The Feeling Begins' by Peter Gabriel and delivered a brilliant performance which included a double Axel, a triple Lutz-double toeloop combination and a flying camel spin.
