Wimbledon 2003 - Day 1Defending champion Lleyton Hewitt of Australia was knocked out by Croatian qualifier Ivo Karlovic on the opening day of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis Club, London on Monday.The 203rd-ranked player beat the number one seed 1-6, 7-6 (7-5), 6-3, 6-4 in two hours, 24 minutes of play at the Centre Court.
