Bhupathi-Mirnyi in Masters doubles final

Top seeds Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi got a walkover in the semi-final to set the title clash against Jonas Bjorkman and Tood Woodbridge in the doubles event of the 2.45 million dollar ATP Masters tennis tournament in Montreal, Canada.

The pair of Bhupathi and Mirnyi of Belarus booked a berth in the final when their last four opponents Cyril Suk and Martin Damm of Czech Republic withdrew from the competition on Saturday night.

In the other semifinal, fourth seeded Jonas Bjorkman and Todd Woodbridge played well to a 7-6 (7-6), 6-7 (7-4), 7-5 win over second seed and defending champions Bob and Mike Bryan.
