India in Asian Jr Volleyball final
India advanced to the final of the 11th Asian Junior volleyball championship in Teheran, outplaying China 3-2 in a tense semi-final.
The under-18 Indian team lost the first two sets 23-25, 20-25, but came back strongly to win the next two before clinching victory in the last, via a tie-breaker.
India won 23-25, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21, 17-15.
They will have to wait for the outcome of the second semi-final between Iran and Korea to know their opponents in the final.
