Day Twelve

Maria Sharapova (in pic) held off a strong fight-back by Maria Kirilenko in the Girls' Singles semi-finals. With both players frittering away chances, Sharapova held serve and in doing so, regained the momentum she had apparently lost to close out the game 6-0, 3-6, 6-3 to reach the finals.
