India meet Australia in the four-nation series opener

India will open their campaign against World Cup silver medallists Australia in the first of two four-nation hockey tournaments in Australia, on May 30. The other two teams in the fray are Malaysia and South Korea.

The first tournament will be played in Adelaide from May 30 to June 2 while the second will be held in Melbourne from June 5 to 9.

Australia, India and South Korea are preparing for the Champions Trophy in August, while Malaysia, India and South Korea will also be using the tournament as a part of their preparation for the Asian Games in Busan in September.

Schedule: Adelaide, May 30 – June 2
May 30: South Korea vs Malaysia, Australia vs India.
June 1: Australia vs South Korea, India vs Malaysia.
June 2: South Korea vs India, Australia vs Malaysia.

Melbourne June 5 - 9
June 5: Australia vs South Korea, Malaysia vs India.
June 6: Australia vs Malaysia, South Korea vs India.
June 8: South Korea vs Malaysia, Australia vs India.
June 9: Final and third-place play-off.
