In PHOTOS: Venice sees worst floods in 22 years

Venice is today literally a floating city.

Heavy rain and strong winds have led to 70 per cent of Venice -- one of Europe's most romantic cities -- being flooded. Some 200 people were evacuated from their homes in Tuscany because of severe weather
