Incessant rains in Mumbai throughout Tuesday night have led to a delay in local trains.
Trains on the western and central line are running late by 15 minutes on Wednesday morning.

Flights out of Mumbai airport too are running delayed by 15 minutes. Three flights have been diverted so far, reported television channels.
Early on Wednesday morning, a four-storeyed building collapsed in suburban Mumbai's Malad area. However, there have been no reports of casualties.
Several low-lying areas in the city faced waterlogging. The high tide in Mumbai is expected at 12:50pm. A tide of 4.7 metres is expected.
Heavy showers are expected to lash Mumbai in the next 24 hours, said the metrological department.
