Political bigwigs were among the early voters in New Delhi, which is witnessing a triangular contest between three-time Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, BJP’s doctor nominee Harsh Vardhan and the aam aadmi’s very own Arvind Kejriwal.

Clad in a white kurta-pyjama and a half-jacket, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi cast his ballot at booth number 88 at Aurangazeb Lane in New Delhi constituency from where Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit is contesting.
There were 25 people ahead of Gandhi in the queue when he arrived at the booth around 10:30 am.
The EVM at polling booth in Aurangazeb Lane, where Rahul cast his vote, malfunctioned earlier but was immediately rectified. Gandhi stood in the queue for around 32 minutes before his turn came to cast his vote.

Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, accompanied by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, exercised her franchise at the polling station in Nirman Bhavan at around 10 am.
When asked about the Congress' prospect in the polls, Sonia she was hopeful of Congress' victory. "We will win," she said.

Delhi BJP chief Vijay Goel says, "People want change and we are confident of getting a majority. We will form a government in Delhi."
But let us not forget that Goel was sulking a while ago and even threatened to resign from his post after his party picked Harsh Vardhan over him for the CM's race.

Aam Aadmi Party's Arvind Kejriwal beats his rivals Sheila Dikshit and Harsh Vardhan, at least to the polling booth. He is among the first to cast his vote at 8.15 am.
His advise: Vote for any party, but eat after voting.
