National capital New Delhi is these days playing host to a festival that aims to bring photography -- the real democratic art form -- into the public space, thereby creating awareness of photographic arts and initiating dialogue amongst its many practitioners and lovers.
The biennial Delhi Photo Festival 2011, an initiative of the India Habitat Centre and the Nazar Foundation, has on display photographs that takes one across borders and captures the moods of people in varied topographies under varied circumstances.
