Warrant issued against former Bihar CM Mishra
The designated Central Bureau of Investigation court on Thursday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against former Bihar chief minister
Jagannath Mishra in case number RC 20(A)/96 of the Rs 9.5 billion
fodder scam.
Mishra is the lone politician who has not been arrested in the
fodder scam.
The Patna high court on Wednesday rejected Mishra's regular bail
application and declined to give him interim relief.
