The gentleman she was referring to is George Monty Davis, also known as the 'Naked Yoga Guy,' who was picked up by the police for posing nude at Fisherman's Wharf, a tourist hotspot, but subsequently released after prosecutors dropped charges against him.
Davis, a former theology student who claims to have a 27- foot yacht, a trophy wife, and a yen for yoga in the buff, is trying -- some say rather unsuccessfully--to promote his book on the subject.

"I'm basically an unpaid street entertainer,'' he was quoted as saying.
Earlier, Davis, 58, was taken to a local police station after complaints by an eldery couple. But he was freed when the couple failed to sign the complaint. Police captain Stephen Tacchini said that as long as Davis doesn't do anything overtly sexual, he can't be charged with lewd conduct or indecent exposure.
The only other charge, public nuisance was dropped after prosecutors decided it wasn't worth it.
"San Francisco is a very broad-minded city,'' said Tacchini.
