A woman journalist was found dead in Ghaziabad under mysterious circumstances. The deceased was identified as Nikita Mandal, a producer with Rajya Sabha TV.
Senior Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Yadav said, “The incident took place around 11.30 pm on Monday in her apartment in Mahagun Mosaic Society. The woman’s family members found her body in the basement of the apartment.”
The woman’s body was taken to MaxHospital but she was declared brought dead, added the official.
Yadav added that the investigation was on. “Nothing can be said as of now. We are waiting for the post mortem reports,” he added.
