Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi was criticised for skipping the first part of the Budget session of Parliament. On Monday, he returned to the House. In a highly-awaited speech, Gandhi criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government for its policies, which, according to him, were anti-farmer and pro-rich.
