Prime Minister Narendra Modi shares the stage with spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and other world dignitaries at the World Cultural Festival.
Nearly 36,000 artistes from around the world are performing on what is possibly the world’s largest stage.
The festival has been at the centre of a row with environmentalists saying that it would cause harm to the ecosystem and cause further pollution. However, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's Art of Living has said that the event would cause no harm and that they were making sure that the biodiversity of the area was stable.
