Tinkle's Uncle Pai passes away

Anant Pai, better known as Uncle Pai, the founder of Amar Chitra Katha and Tinkle comics passed away in Mumbai. The 81-year-old had been admitted to a hospital last week. Pai suffered a massive heart attack on Thursday and

breathed his last in the evening.

Pai setup Amara Chitra Katha in 1967, to educate Indian children about their history, culture and mythology. The series has more than 400 titles in 20 Indian languages.
