Mominul Haque, who was arrested on Thursday night for allegedly sending an e-mail threat to Bharatiya Janata Party leader L K Advani, would be produced before the court on Friday.
Haque, a degree third year law student and a resident of Laban locality, would be produced before the court later today, Inspector General (special branch) S B Singh said.

Singh said the investigation was on to ascertain whether he has any links with terrorist groups like Indian Mujahideen.
The police said Haque confessed to having sent the email to local newspapers, threatening to eliminate Advani during his visit to Shillong on September 29.
