Sonia removes Tytler from Bihar in-charge post

Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday appointed All India Congress Committee secretary Mehboob Ali Kaiser as the new Bihar Pradesh Congress chief, replacing former Member of Parliament Jagdish Tytler.

Tytler has been made the Congress Sewa Dal in-charge, instead.

Gandhi also appointed Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Mukul Wasnik as the new Observer for the Bihar Congress Committee.
