Last week, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh turned 81, celebrating his tenth birthday in office. Dr Singh had a rather quiet day, as compared to Bharatiya Janata Party’s PM-in-waiting Narendra Modi, whose 63rd birthday bash (September 17) was covered extensively by the media.
