In Normal Times

  • Repair structural cracks and secure lighting fixtures.
  • Fasten shelves, store breakables in latched cabinets, and keep heavy items low.

  • Fix faulty wiring and gas leaks; secure water heaters and LPG cylinders.
  • Identify safe spots: Under sturdy furniture, away from windows, in open areas.
