Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan on Sunday met Congress chief Sonia Gandhi.

The Bollywood superstar, however, said it was a  courtesy call. "It has nothing to do with any politics. It was a courtesy call," Khan told reporters after a 30-minute meeting with Gandhi at her residence 10 Janpath.

Congress Rajya Sabha MP Rajiv Shukla, who accompanied Shahrukh to the meeting with Gandhi, told PTI that the film star invited Congress Chief and her family members to watch his latest move Main Hoo Naa at Mavalankar Auditorium in Delhi.

Gandhi and her family members, including Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka and her husband Robert Vadra accepted the invitation, Shukla said.
