Seven Pak men held by BSF from Cori creek

Seven Pakistani nationals have been arrested from a boat in Cori Creek area in Arabian sea, off coast Kutch district in Gujarat, a top Border Security Force official said on Wednesday. "Our men intercepted a vessel which had crossed into Indian waters on Tuesday near the Cori creek mouth in the Arabian sea. There were seven men inside the vessel who have been arrested and are being handed over to the

local police," BSF IG A K Sinha told PTI.

"During preliminary investigation the men said that they have come from Karachi and were here for fishing," Sinha said, adding nothing incriminating was recovered from the boat. Also, the vessel in which they came has been seized and handed over to the local police along with the seven men, he said adding further investigations will be carried out by the district police.
