The Rajasthan government claimed that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader Indresh Kumar, whose name figures in the chargesheet in the 2007 Ajmer Dargah blast case, provided "guidelines" on how to go about carrying out the explosion.

It also said that a few more names of RSS functionaries may surface in the case. The claim by the state Home Minister Shanti Dhariwal came on a day when the Chief Minister reportedly sought files relating to the investigations in the case by the Anti Terrorism Squad of the police, which is probing the blast that left three persons dead and 15 others injured.

"He (Indresh Kumar) had given the guidelines. Who will do it? Who will make the bomb, who will trigger it, who will provide the money and mobile and who will handle the media," Dhariwal said adding all these things come under the guidelines.

Asked if the ATS has enough evidence against the RSS leader, he shot back "ATS has strong evidence against him (Indresh Kumar)." The minister said the ATS will decide the next course of action. A few more names of Sangh functionaries could figure in the case... ATS will certainly interrogate Indresh Kumar)", he said.

When asked to divulge the date or time limit, Dhariwal said, it would be decided by the ATS investigating team. He also dismissed the Bharatiya Janata Party's criticism of the naming of Indresh Kumar in the chargesheet, saying "what else will they (BJP) say."

However, senior Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Acharya Giriraj Kishore dismissed the ATS case as "politically motivated" and not not based on evidence.

The 806-page chargesheet was filed by the ATS in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jagendra Kumar Jain on October 22 in connection with the blast in the premises of the dargah of Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti.
