Yogita Kidwai, who breached security in the Prime Minister's residence recently, is in fresh trouble.

The police have filed a case of forgery against her. The police have accused Kidwai, a former airhostess, of forging ownership documents of the Hyundai Elantra car she drove on July 27 to the Prime Minister's 7, Race Course Road, with two of her friends.

She has been charged under Sections 420 (cheating), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 471 and 468 (both deal with forgery) of the Indian Penal Code for allegedly forging documents to get ownership of the black luxury car changed in her name.

The case was registered at Timarpur police station in north Delhi as the transport authority where she obtained ownership certificate falls under its jurisdiction.

The police had arrested the trio, all in their early 20s, a day after the sensational incident, which came as an embarrassment for security officials.

The police charged them with trespassing and impersonation. All three had said during interrogation that they drove to the PM's residence just for the sake of fun.

Yogita and Veena, who is also an airhostess, lost their jobs with Air Sahara after the incident, which happened when Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was chairing a Union Cabinet meeting. The girl, who hails from Jaipur, had bought the car from one Zahid, police said.
