Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended birthday greetings to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who turned 45 on Friday.
"Wishing the Congress Vice President, Shri Rahul Gandhi a Happy Birthday. I pray for his good health & long life," Modi tweeted.
After many years, Rahul will be in the national capital on his birthday and Congress workers have made elaborate arrangements to celebrate the occasion.
Modi also wished Manipur Chief Okram Ibobi Singh on his birthday.
"Greetings to the Chief Minister of Manipur Shri Okram Ibobi Singh on his birthday. May Almighty bless him with a long life and good health," he tweeted.
The Congress vice president thanked prime minister for wishing him and tweeted, "Thank you for your best wishes."
In another tweet, he thanked all his party workers.
"Thank you for all the love, affection and kind birthday wishes," Gandhi said.
