Artist and musician Raymond Essayan plays a piano he partly sculpted into the shape of a grand piano from the rubble in a destroyed building while shooting a music video for the piece he wrote to be released in dedication to Beirut after the past week's explosion in Beirut, Lebanon. Raymond suffered a concussion and his home was destroyed during the port explosion, although he started to write the musical piece in 2018 he decided to finish it and shoot a music video to release it now after the Beirut port explosion. The explosion at Beirut's port last week killed over 200 people, injured thousands, and upended countless lives. There has been little visible support from government agencies to help residents clear debris and help the displaced, although scores of volunteers from around Lebanon have descended on the city to help clean.
