As the due date of Britain’s royal baby number two looms near, parking restrictions have been erected outside Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, West London, where Kate Middleton is expected to give birth.

The parking signs warn a “special event” from April 15 until April 30 will stop any vehicles parking outside Lindo Wing.

Royal “superfans” with Union Jack suits have also begun camping outside the hospital in hopes of catching a glimpse of history when the royal couple welcome their second child into the world.
