Thirteen people were injured when a bomb went off in a crowded market in Peshawar city of northwest Pakistan on Thursday, police said.
The explosive device hidden in a tin was left outside a grocery shop at Rampura Bazaar.
Officials said two of the 13 injured were in a serious condition.
The blast damaged several shops and vehicles.
Bomb disposal squad chief Shafqat Malik said the improvised bomb contained three kilograms of explosives.
The attack came a day after a bomb went off outside a cosmetics shop in Faqir Killey market on the outskirts of Peshawar on Wednesday, injuring 12 people, including five children and a woman.
The bomb attacks coincided with an operation against militants launched in Khyber tribal region near Peshawar.
Troops have destroyed several militant hideouts since the offensive was launched earlier this week
