Peoples Democratic Party leaders on Wednesday met the family of Parliament attack convict Mohammad Afzal Guru at Doabgah Sopore in north Kashmir.
"A PDP delegation visited the family of Guru at Doabgah Sopore and offered prayers for the departed soul," a party spokesman said.
It was led by Nazir Ahmad Yatoo, the party's youth general secretary, he said in a statement.
The delegation expressed the party's solidarity with the family, the spokesman said.
On Tuesday, Independent legislator Abdul Rashid visited the Guru's residence and interacted with the family.
Many separatist leaders have also visited the family of Guru, who was executed in Tihar Jail in Delhi recently.
