Speaking to rediff.com Tripathi said that 2000 km long journey would be completed in seven days by car and the Chetna flag would be handed over to the Nepal's Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala on July 27 at a public meeting in Kathmandu.

En route to Kathmandu the car rally would stop at several places in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal before entering into Nepal. A drama unit would hold nookad plays about the struggle of the people of Nepal for democracy.
Maoist leaders including Prachand are expected to be present at the rally.
