One critical after BMW hits four in Noida, driver flees

At least three people were injured after being run over by a speeding BMW car in Noida region of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.

The driver of the BMW fled immediately, leaving his car at the accident spot near the Noida Stadium.

According to Ravi Sharma, a local resident, the BMW hit the people while they were standing near a pan shop.

"The driver of my car, Raja, has also sustained injuries in his leg. At least four people have been injured, out of whom one of them is critically injured and is in the ICU of Prakash Hospital," he told ANI.

Saturday's mishap comes 12 days after 32-year-old marketing executive Siddharth Sharma was killed while crossing a road near LudlowCastleSchool in Civil Lines by a speeding Mercedes car driven by a minor.
