In an attempt to garner more leads in the Mumbai serial blasts probe, investigating agencies have approached officials of the Border Security Force.

Operatives of terror outfits, who are detained along the border and later handed over to the police, are initially interrogated by officials of the BSF.

Investigating agencies are looking for more details about the interrogation of alleged mastermind of Bengaluru blasts T Nasir.

"We are in touch with the BSF about interrogation reports of Nasir and a few other cadres," said an official.

Investigators are trying to ascertain if Nasir, during his interrogation, had revealed anything about the future plans of these terror outfits.

Nasir, who hails from Kerala, was detained at the India-Bangladesh border and later handed over to the Bengaluru police.

The Maharahstra Anti-Terrorism Squad is also in touch with its counterpart in Karnataka to gather more details on Nasir.

But according to interrogation reports, Nasir had spoken only about the Bengaluru blasts, not about any future terror operations.

Nasir was in charge of a terror module in Kerala which had carried out the Bengaluru blasts with funds from a sympathizer located in a Gulf nation.

Investigators are also trying to gather inputs about terror modules in Gulf which may have links to their counterparts in India.
