Amritanandamayi to address inter-faith center in New York

Spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi is slated to address the Interfaith Center at New York on Tuesday on 'Inter-religious understanding and collaboration.'

According to an Amrita Mutt release, Amritanandamayi would deliver her address at the Rubin Museum of Art at Manhattan. The Interfaith Center is a secular educational organisation working to create understanding and respect among different religious groups, was founded by Reverend James Parks Morton in 1997 on his retirement as Dean of the Cathedral of St John Divine of the Episcopal Diocese of New York, the release said.
