Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Lalu Prasad on Tuesday rallied behind Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son in-law Robert Vadra and accused Indian Against Corruption activist Arvind Kejriwal of indulging in the 'character assassination' of Priyanka Gandhi and her husband.

"Kerjiwal is indulging in character assassination of Priyanka Gandhi and her husband Robert Vadra by accusing the latter ofh amassing huge wealth through alleged corrupt means," he told reporters in reply to a question.

It has become a habit of the IAC activist to level sensational and baseless allegation against prominent people for mileage, Prasad said, adding that the former should know that the Vadras were affluent even before becoming relatives of the Gandhi family.
