Observing that Pakistan has inconsistent policies on Kashmir, leader of the Pakistan-based Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Amanullah Khan, has said the entry of jehadi groups in Jammu and Kashmir has introduced sectarian differences in the Valley.
Speaking at a meeting in Gilgit in the northern areas on Sunday, Khan said: "Pakistan government has changed its Kashmir policy 12 times since 1947."

The JKLF chief said the motives of these groups are purely sectarian.
JKLF's Gilgit-Baltistan president Zia-ul-Haque said both India and Pakistan should withdraw their civilian and military forces from both sides of Kashmir.
