Karnataka polls: Congress sets up WAR ROOM

There may be a battle on within the Congress over the distribution of tickets, but the party has gone ahead and set up a war room to discuss the strategy for the upcoming elections.

The war room situated at the Ali Asker Road in Bangalore will have  professionals who will give the Congress feedback during the election process. It is aimed at maintaining the party's image ahead of the elections.

The war room, which has been set up on the instructions of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will also comprises a data centre. The staff will watch statements made by various leaders and also the trends during the elections.

The data provided by the war room can be accessed by senior leaders of the party. There would also be election strategies that would be drawn out here.
