Karnataka Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda, whose chair appears to be tottering in the wake of a fresh rebellion, has stated that he is confident of the issue being resolved.
Gowda met Governor H R Bharadwaj on Saturday, but denied that it had anything to with the dissolution of the House.
Gowda told media persons that he appraised the Governor of the situation in the wake of nine Cabinet ministers resigning from their posts.

Meanwhile, the Yeddyurappa camp will hold a meeting in the next couple of hours to discuss the next course of action -- how to make Jagadish Shettar the next chief minister of the state.
