Entrance test notice

The entrance test guidelines for each course and a set of application forms common to all three courses will be available until July 5 at the following places:

Rs 500 per course entrance test guidelines.

Send a DD in favour of the 'Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society', payable at Ludhiana (Rs 570 for one course entrance test guidelines, Rs 1100 for two and Rs 1600 for three), to The Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, Punjab -- 141 008.

Entrance test guidelines (Rs 525 per course) are also available at the following branches of The Federal Bank Ltd -- Agra, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Ernakulam, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kannur, Kolkata, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Mysore, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, Shillong, Tiruvalla, Thiruvananthapuram and Vishakhapatanam.

The last date for the receipt of filled application form is July 7.
