NIHFW announces admission to their one year post-graduate certificate courses through distance learning for the year 2004-2005 in:
Health and Family Welfare Management
Eligibility criteria
- MBBS degree and registration with the State/Medical Council of India
- At least two years of work experience by May 31, 2004 (excluding internship and junior residency) in a government/ NGO/ private/ corporate hospital/ institute/ organisation.
Hospital Management
Eligibility criteria
- MBBS degree and registration with State/Medical Council of India.
- At least five years of work experience by May 31, 2004 (excluding internship/ house job, PG training period and research period) in a hospital, with preference to those who are holding administrative posts in a hospital.
The prospectus for each course may be separately obtained from the in-charge (DLC), NIHFW, in person or by post against a crossed Indian postal order or bank draft for Rs 100 payable to the Director, NIHFW, New Delhi and a self addressed envelope of 10" x 5" size duly stamped for Rs 27 for sending the prospectus through registered post.
The name of the course may be indicated at the top of the envelope.
The fee for each course is Rs 5,000.
The prospectus with application form can also be downloaded from the NIHFW Web site www.nihfw.org. In such cases, the application form should be accompanied by a DD for Rs 5,100 (Rs 5,000 course fee and Rs 100 being cost of Prospectus).
The details of the courses are given in the respective prospectuses.
Last date
The last date to apply for the prospectus by post is June 7.
The completed application forms should reach the In-charge, DL Cell, NIHFW, by June 15.
