Four more persons, including three teenagers, were arrested and remanded to custody till August 6 on Friday in connection with the cold-blooded murder of a young Indian store owner in New Zealand.

Till now, seven people, including two brothers, have been arrested for the murder of Navtej Singh, 30, from Punjab, who was fatally shot at the liquor store which he had set up just three months ago in South Auckland.

Jason Naseri and Myron Robert Felise, both 19-year-olds, were today charged with the murder. The duo, along with another teenager and Eti Filoa, 23, also face aggravated robbery and weapons charges.

No plea was entered and Judge Andree Wiltens remanded them to custody until August 6, Fairfax Media reported. In the same court on Thursday, Anitelea Chan Kee, a 20-year-old bouncer and Tino Felise, 17, were charged with Singh's murder while Mefiposeta Chan Kee, 24, was charged as an accessory. They were remanded in custody until August 6.

The killing has shocked the Indian immigrant community. Over 2,000 mourners attended Singh's funeral on Thursday. Singh, a father of three girls, moved to New Zealand six years ago with his family.
