Former Goa chief minister moves SC

Former Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging Governor S C Jamir's decision to dismiss his Bharatiya Janata Party government within hours of it winning a controversial vote of confidence in the state assembly.
