Fourteen people were killed and 18 others were injured on Friday when the tractor-trolley they were travelling collided head on with a speeding truck near Yusufpur village in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, police said.
The mishap took place on Friday morning when the victims were returning from Shukartal after attending a cremation ceremony, they said.
The injured, some of them critically, were admitted to different hospitals, police said.
